  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3 tart apples, chunked (not peeled)
  • 3 c. crumbled cornbread
  • 3 c. crumbled French bread
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
  • chopped apricots
  • 2 1/2 c. yellow onion
  • 1 lb. lightly seasoned lite sausage
  • 3 c. crumbled white/wheat bread
  • 1 tsp. dried sage
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Chop onions finely.

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Melt butter in a pan.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Stuff turkey neck and body cavity or can be cooked separately.
