  • 5 c. crumbled cornbread
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 3 c. white bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • stock made from chicken or turkey

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and moisten with stock.

    Will make enough to stuff a 10 pound turkey or a large bread pan.

    Heat oven to 425° and bake until good and brown.
