  • 1 box cornbread mix
  • 1 can (8) creamed corn
  • 1 lg. egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lg. onion, chopped
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) green beans, drained
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix cornbread mix, corn, egg, milk and oil.

    Bake at 425F for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet; drain well.

    Stir in green beans and tomatoes.

    Cook over medium heat stirring often, until heated.
