- 3 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3 slices of bacon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

4Fry bacon in skillet on top of stove, when bacon is done on both sides, not crispy, but not raw.

5Place cornbread mix on top of bacon.
