- 14 large red corncobs to make 3 c. cob juice
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. pectin
Directions

1Wash corncobs good (cut both ends off the cob to be sure there are no insects in the cobs).

2Place the cobs in large container and completely cover them with water.

3Boil 30 minutes.

4Remove cobs and strain juice through a heavy cloth.

5Mix 3 cups of the juice with the sugar and pectin.

6Boil following directions on pectin package.
