  • 4 -6 lbs corned beef brisket
  • 2 tablespoons pickling spices
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery & leaves, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 14 cup water

Directions

    Line shallow pan with heavy foil.

    Put corned beef in center of foil & pour water over top.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle with spices & arrange vegetables over & around meat.

    Seal meat, bringing foil ends up so juice cannot run out.

    Bake at 300F for 4 hours.

    LEt cool & slice thinly.
