- 2 to 3 lb. corned beef brisket
- 3 carrots, cut into 3-inch pieces
- 1 medium cabbage, cut into small wedges
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Put carrots in slow cooker first.

2Then add remaining ingredients.

3Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or 4 to 6 hours on high.

4Push cabbage wedges down into liquid after 4 to 6 hours (if cooking on low) or after 2 to 3 hours (if cooking on high). Serves 4 to 6.
