  • 1 corned beef brisket
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Simmer corned beef 1 hour per pound.

    Drain water and top with mustard and brown sugar (mixed together).

    Cover with aluminum foil; bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

    Slice and serve.

    Can be served with cabbage!
