Corned Beef Casserole

  • 3 or 4 cooked potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 c. canned milk
  • butter, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can corned beef hash
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Place potatoes in baking dish, layer onion and potatoes.

    Add milk, dot with butter and add salt and pepper.

    Add corned beef hash; follow with corn.

    Top with crumbs and cover and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 25 minutes.
