Corned Beef Casserole

  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
  • 4 oz. pkg. noodles
  • 1/4 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook noodles until done; drain and rinse with cold water.

    Cut up cheese and onion.

    Break up corned beef and add noodles, cheese, onion, soup, milk, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Garnish with buttered bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes; take cover off last 15 minutes.
