Corned Beef Casserole

  • 1 can corned beef, chilled
  • 8 oz. macaroni or noodles
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Cook macaroni, drain; cut corned beef into chunks.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into 2 quart dish.

    Cube 4 slices of bread; melt 1 stick margarine and pour over cubed bread.

    Place buttered crumbs over corned beef mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
