Corned Beef Casserole

- 3 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
- 1/3 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Spread potatoes evenly over bottom of well-greased baking dish.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Break corned beef into fairly large pieces.

4Spread over potatoes.

5Combine soup and water; blend thoroughly and heat in saucepan over low heat to boiling point.

6Stir constantly.

7Pour over meat and potatoes. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

8Serve while piping hot.

9Yields 6 to 8 servings.
