- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 to 1 1/2 pkg. somen noodles
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. round onion, minced

1Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

2Combine the remaining ingredients and add to the noodles.

3Pour the mixture into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

4Top the casserole with 1/2 cup crumbled potato chips or corn flakes.
