  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pkg. somen noodles
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. round onion, minced

Directions

    Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

    Combine the remaining ingredients and add to the noodles.

    Pour the mixture into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

    Top the casserole with 1/2 cup crumbled potato chips or corn flakes.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly hot.
