- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
- 2 (12 oz.) can corned beef, diced
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain.

2Add corned beef, cheese, soup, milk and onion.

3Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.

4Top with buttered crumbs or crushed potato chips.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or can be cooked in microwave.
