  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
  • 2 (12 oz.) can corned beef, diced
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain.

    Add corned beef, cheese, soup, milk and onion.

    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.

    Top with buttered crumbs or crushed potato chips.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or can be cooked in microwave.
