Corned Beef Casserole

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
  • 1 can corned beef (bite size pieces)
  • 1 c. American cheese (I use more)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 slices bread, shredded
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Mix together corned beef, cheese, milk, soup and onion.

    Cook noodles and drain.

    Add noodles, after cooked, to corned beef mixture.

    Grease 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Top mixture with shredded bread. Melt oleo and pour over bread crumbs.

    Cover and bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles.

    Uncover and brown bread crumbs just a few seconds.
