Corned Beef Casserole

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shell or regular macaroni
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion or dried onion
  • 2 to 3 slices bread, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Cook macaroni; drain.

    Combine macaroni, corned beef, cheese, soup, milk and onion.

    Blend thoroughly.

    Put into 2-quart greased casserole dish.

    Cube bread.

    Toss cubes in melted butter. Arrange bread on top of casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
