Corned Beef Casserole

- 1 medium onion
- 1 can corned beef
- 1 small cabbage
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Butter a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Shred cabbage and place in bottom of dish.

3Peel and slice potatoes and put on top of cabbage.

4Slice onion and place a layer on top of potatoes.

5Crumble corned beef on top and pour soup over casserole.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Cover with foil.

8Bake for 1 hour.
