  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed) or 7 -8 potatoes, cooked skinned and grated
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Mix everything except the cornflakes in 3 tbs melted butter.

    place in buttered 9x13 pan.

    Top with cornflakes tossed in 3 tbs mellted butter.

    Bake 45 to 60 minute.
