Corned Beef Casserole

  • 2 c. noodles or macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can corned beef, cut into small cubes

Directions

    Heat soup and cheese together in double boiler until cheese is melted.

    Add milk and mushrooms to mixture.

    Cook noodles (or macaroni); drain well.

    Mix noodles into mushroom soup mixture and add corned beef.

    Place in greased casserole.

    Cover with seasoned bread crumbs, browned in butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
