- 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can corned beef
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Place potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix together other ingredients.

3Pour over potatoes and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

4When ready to bake, sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the top.

5Bake at 350° for one hour.
