Corned Beef Casserole

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 2 tall cans evaporated milk
  • 2 cans corned beef (found in canned meat section)
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 stalks celery, cut fine
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, cut fine

Directions

    Cook, then blanch the noodles.

    Shred or crumble corned beef. Mix all together and put in a 10 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle paprika on top.

    Bake one hour at 350° or longer if needed to. Should be bubbly and hot through.
