- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 2 tall cans evaporated milk
- 2 cans corned beef (found in canned meat section)
- 1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 stalks celery, cut fine
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, cut fine
Directions

1Cook, then blanch the noodles.

2Shred or crumble corned beef. Mix all together and put in a 10 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Sprinkle paprika on top.

4Bake one hour at 350° or longer if needed to. Should be bubbly and hot through.
