- 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cup Fresh mushrooms
- 5 oz Garlic sauce
- 1 stick butter
- tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup marsala wine
- 1 Reminder cooking portions determines amount of ingredients uses
- 1 brown gravy needed & or garlic cream sauce,heavy cream,milk,butter,garlic powder,or minced drain garlic.
Directions

1Lightly flour,not forgetting to shake off access flour

2Add cooking oil to pan,heat

3pound chicken breast

4After lighhty browned on both sides remove from sauce pan

5Add mushrooms to pan

6Saute,place chicken back in pan with garlic sauce

7Reduce heat to,SIM & or low flame for 10 minutes...serve

8Now you can add fresh garlic,drained mince garlic,and or powder to sAuce to spice it up

9Now don't forget your heavy cream,quarter teaspoon of salt,& remember season to your taste...add half stick butter,margins stir to reduced serve over chicken...this are it
