  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 oz. chopped corned beef
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Blend cream cheese and milk; add beef, green pepper, onion and sour cream.

    Place in pie plate.

    Saute pecans in butter and sprinkle on top and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Serve with chips.
