Corned Beef Dip

  • 1 c. water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 (12 oz.) corned beef
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 11 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 4 boiled eggs, chopped

Directions

    Boil water with bouillon cubes; add jello and dissolve.

    Set aside.

    Mix all ingredients, stirring well.

    Pour into mold or ring pan.

    Refrigerate until jelled.
