Corned Beef Hash Casserole

- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of cayenne
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 (1 lb. each) cans corned beef hash
- salt to taste
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- minced parsley (for garnish)
Directions

1Season hen as any other fowl with salt, garlic salt, onion salt and paprika.

2Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.

3Then start to baste with a mixture of Vernor's and orange juice and continue to baste until bird is thoroughly cooked.

4For the last half hour, spoon out orange marmalade all over the top and sides.

5Serve with rice.
