  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Bake pie shell 7 minutes at 450°.

    Turn temperature to 325°. Crumble hash into baked pie shell and top with cheese.

    Mix remaining ingredients.
