- 1 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) corned beef brisket
- 1 c. beer
Directions

1In crock-pot, place potatoes, onions and carrots.

2Trim excess fat from brisket.

3Place meat atop vegetables.

4Pour beer over all.

5Finish filling crock-pot with water.

6Cover; cook on low heat for 9 to 11 hours.
