  • 3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion
  • 3/4 c. celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients together.

    Then mix jello in hot water.

    Add to ring.

    Spray mold with Pam and chill.

    Serve on crackers.
