Corned Beef Oven Omelet

- 8 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 pkg. thinly sliced corned beef (approximately 3 oz.)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella (approximately 4 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.

3Tear corned beef into small pieces and add to egg mixture.

4Stir in cheese and onions.

5Pour into greased baking dish (11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inches or 8 x 8 x 2-inches).

6Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes, or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings.
