Corned Beef Oven Omelet

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 pkg. thinly sliced corned beef (approximately 3 oz.)
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella (approximately 4 oz.)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.

    Tear corned beef into small pieces and add to egg mixture.

    Stir in cheese and onions.

    Pour into greased baking dish (11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inches or 8 x 8 x 2-inches).

    Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes, or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
