Peach Cream Royale

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1-1/2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 lb. marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 cups Freestone Peaches, drained and diced
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions

    Mix crumbs and butter.

    Press 1/3 crumb mixture firmly in bottom of 9x9-inch dish.

    In a saucepan over low heat, cook marshmallows with orange juice until melted.

    Cool.

    Stir in peaches.

    Whip cream until almost stiff; fold peach-marshmallow mixture into it.

    Pour half of this mixture into pan.

    Cover with 1/3 of crumb mixture.

    Pour remainder of cream mixture over this and cover with remaining crumb mixture.

    Chill.
