  • 1 can corned beef, broken up
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • Bisquick

Directions

    Cook potatoes and onion in water to cover on top of stove. Stir in mushroom soup.

    Add corned beef.

    When hot, drop biscuits on and bake at 350° until biscuits are done (about 12 minutes). Lift biscuit to check underneath to see if it is baked.
