- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can corned beef, chopped
Directions

1Melt butter in heavy skillet.

2Add onion, brown lightly.

3Stir in flour gradually; blend smooth.

4Add stewed tomatoes slowly. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.

5Stir in corned beef.

6Set aside to cool slightly while making pastry for pie.

7Make regular pie crust (2).

8Put filling in pie crust, cover with second crust and bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
