  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, shredded
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Dissolve jello in water; add vinegar.

    Cool until almost set, then add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a ring mold and refrigerate until firm.
