  • 1 can corned beef, shredded
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3 chopped eggs
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water

Directions

    Mix corned beef, celery, eggs and onions.

    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.

    Add to above mixture.

    Stir well and pour in mold.
