Corned Beef Salad

- 1 c. diced celery
- 3 chopped eggs
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 can broken corned beef
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 soup can water
- 1/2 envelope gelatin
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Warm bouillon and water and pour over gelatin and lemon Jell-O, stirring until dissolved.

2When cool add to other ingredients. Pour into an oblong dish or two loaf pans to a depth of about one inch.

3Chill.

4As mixture begins to set, stir to prevent vegetables from settling to the bottom.

5Serves 10 to 12.
