Corned Beef Salad Mold

- 1 small pkg. lemon jello
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, shredded
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Directions

1Soften jello in hot water.

2Add salt and chill until partially set.

3Add other ingredients.

4Chill until firm.

5Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold to chill.

6Be sure to grease mold with mayonnaise. Serve with your favorite crackers.

7Bundt pan makes nice mold but would need to be doubled.
