Corned Beef Sandwiches

  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • dash of pepper
  • Velveeta cheese slices
  • 15 small Spanish olives, cut up
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 8 to 10 potato rolls

Directions

    In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except cheese slices and rolls.

    Spread mixture on potato rolls.

    Put a slice of cheese on top of mixture.

    Wrap each roll separately in foil.

    Put in a preheated 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Makes about 8 sandwiches.
