- 1 can corned beef
- 8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 can carrot coins
- 1/2 c. instant rice
Directions

1Cook potatoes and onions in 6 to 7 cups of water until done (soft).

2Break up corned beef into potato and onion and add instant rice.

3Last, add carrot coins.

4Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with biscuits.
