- 13 cup reduced-fat milk
- 34 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 3 lbs broiler-fryer chickens, cut up
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Pour milk into a pie plate.

3Combine cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper on a sheet of wax paper.

4Remove skin from chicken, if desired.

5Roll chicken pieces into cornflake crumbs to coat.

6Place chicken in baking dish, misted with cooking spray.

7Bake about 45 minutes or until cooked through.

8Serve with deli carrot slaw.
