  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 c. cornflakes
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff and dry.

    Fold in sugar gradually. Add flavoring, coconut, cornflakes and nuts.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a well-oiled baking sheet.

    Bake in moderate oven at 375° until delicately brown.
