- 14 medium peeled and cubed potatoes
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 3 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 cups grated cheese
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 2 tablespoons butter (1 cube)
Directions

1Boil potatoes until soft.

2Mix with all but cornflakes and butter.

3Cook in a baking pan at 400 for 50 minutes.

4Melt butter and mix with cornflakes.

5Spread evenly over potatoes.

6Cook for 15 minutes.Remove from oven.
