  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups corn flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup margarine room temperature
  • 2 oranges juice
  • 1 orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Grease and flour a small bundt pan. Set aside.

    Vigorously whisk the sugar with margarine until whitish and fluffy.

    Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly.

    Add the orange's juice and zest, and mix very well.

    Add the sifted flour and baking powder, and mix well, without beating.

    Pour the dough in the bundt pan, and bake about 30 minutes.

    Remove from oven, and unmold.
