- 2 Cornish game hens (1 lb. 5 oz. each), halved
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ginger, minced
- 1/3 c. pineapple juice
- 8 thin orange slices
- parsley sprigs
Directions

1For 2 hours, refrigerate game hens in a marinade of soy sauce, ginger and pineapple juice, covered.

2Preheat broiler.

3Preheat oven to 350°; remove hens from marinade.

4Put marinade aside. Place hens in skillet; boil 5 minutes on each side.

5Bake hens, uncovered, 30 minutes until done.
