  • 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Oriental Sesame Dressing
  • 1-1/2 cups plum sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger, grated
  • 6 gal. green leaf lettuce, torn
  • 2-1/4 gal. cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2-1/4 gal. canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Directions

    Cook chicken tenders as directed on package.

    Meanwhile, mix dressing, plum sauce and ginger.

    For each serving: Toss 2 cups lettuce with 3/4 cup cucumbers and 3/4 cup oranges.

    Place on serving plate; top with 2 chicken tenders.
