  • 2 Cornish game hens
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions

    In Ziploc plastic bag, pour bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and ginger.

    Pour lemon juice over split Cornish hens. Put 1/2 hen in bag with bread crumbs.

    Shake.

    Place in foil covered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
