Easy Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can pimientos, drained (optional)
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 large head cauliflower, broccoli or both together
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 6 green onions (purple onion, optional)
  • 1 can chick or 5 oz. frozen peas
  • 8 oz. sour cream (may be King Sour)
  • 8 oz. Miracle Whip or Zesty Italian
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese (can be added or omitted)

Directions

    Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.

    Break cauliflower into small pieces.

    Chop onions and tops.

    Mix together with peas. Beat sour cream and Miracle Whip together.

    Add to other ingredients.

    Refrigerate 3 hours.

    Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
