Easy Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can pimientos, drained (optional)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 large head cauliflower, broccoli or both together
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 6 green onions (purple onion, optional)
- 1 can chick or 5 oz. frozen peas
- 8 oz. sour cream (may be King Sour)
- 8 oz. Miracle Whip or Zesty Italian
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese (can be added or omitted)
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.

2Break cauliflower into small pieces.

3Chop onions and tops.

4Mix together with peas. Beat sour cream and Miracle Whip together.

5Add to other ingredients.

6Refrigerate 3 hours.

7Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
