  • 1 heaping tsp. tapioca
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. molasses

    Heat milk and tapioca until it comes to a boil.

    Add other ingredients.

    Cook until like cream.

    Put in baking dish and bake 3/4 hour in 300° oven until like custard.
