  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.

    Make a well in the center and add all remaining ingredients.
