  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. white cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

    Combine sugars, flour and cornmeal in a mixing bowl.

    In a separate bowl, combine milk, vanilla, beaten eggs, vinegar and melted butter.

    Stir liquid mixture gradually into dry ingredients until well blended.

    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake in 350° oven approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
