- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. sweet milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix together egg, milk, butter and oil.

3Add, all at once, to dry ingredients.

4Pour batter into hot, greased pan, filling about 2/3 full.

5Put in oven.

6Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
